Sweet and Sour Braised Beef Brisket
Our own totally grass fed beef simmered all day in a sauce consisting of our own onions, celery, garlic, catchup and certified organic brown sugar, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, molasses, paprika and beer.
Orange Ginger Glazed Chicken
Our own certified organically fed pastured chicken breasts pan seared and topped with an orange, shallot and ginger reduction.
Pork Roast
Our own heritage breed Tamworth pig roast rubbed with garlic, sage, and onion and baked in chicken broth.
Crab Cakes w/blueberry mustard
Our crab cakes are prepared with the finest lump crab meat available.
Wild Alaskan Salmon
We receive salmon directly from Alaska through "Wild For Salmon", a sustainable fishing company based locally.
All entrees will be served with an appetizer, fresh from our bakery breads, two sides, a sorbet, a farm fresh desert, and a hot drink.

Breads and pastries are made fresh in our farm bakery with certified organic ingredients and unsprayed fruits from the farm.
Fresh garden salads will be available with greens grown in our hoop house until mid December.
Our house salad dressing consists of the finest organically certified balsamic vinegar and olice oil available along with other secret ingredients.
Soups will be prepared from root crops such as butternut squash, carrots, and potatoes.
All egg dishes include eggs collected daily from our hen house which is large and has access to fresh air. Our chickens are fed organically certified grains and greens collected from the hoop house during the winter season when they cannot be pastured.
All meals include fair trade organic cooffee or hot tea.
